While the idea might seem daunting, don't worry! When you begin working with us we recommend starting gradually to make it more manageable. We will support you every step of the way.

Think about the support you may need

Before you decide to work with us we will organise a Discovery Call. Before this call we ask that you take 5 - 10 minutes to think about your needs and note them down.

• What tasks are taking up the most time?

• Where do you feel overwhelmed?

• What tasks do you not like doing!?

• Which tasks could we immediately take off your plate?

Set up a discovery call with me

This will be a relaxed 30 minute call to:

• Discuss the tasks that you need support with

• Learn a little about your business and you too!

• Check that our skillset ties in with the tasks

Lets get set up and ready to go

• A welcome letter outlining what we discussed your needs are, our fees and a contract for you to sign will be sent over

• Organise any access to emails, CRM systems, calendars, shared drives etc

• Provide us with your brand guidelines and templates if required

• Decide on a preferred method of communication and how often you would like updates.

• Decide on how much independence you would like us to have when for example dealing with client communication.
